Assistant Controller

Assistant Corporate Controller opportunity with a highly respected alternative investment manager focused on private credit. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a public accounting or public-to-private background to make an immediate impact on a growing team.

COMPENSATION:

Base: $150,000–$250,000

Total Compensation: $200,000–$350,000

Compensation commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the preparation of schedules, calculations, and supporting materials for financial statement preparation and disclosures

• Partner closely with the investment team throughout the quarterly investment valuation process

• Analyze investment valuations and assess their impact on financial reporting

• Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure the timely completion of annual audit and tax requirements

• Support various corporate accounting, reporting, and financial analysis initiatives
