Assistant Controller Revenue Operations

Trace revenue and customer fund flows as an Assistant Controller working full-time in-office at downtown Robson and Granville.

This Assistant Controller supports accounting operations where revenue, redemptions, payment processors, systems, and data intersect. You will partner with FP&A and Data to reconcile major P&L items and investigate differences. You will also help turn changing business models into scalable Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own accounting workstreams across revenue and redemptions
• Reconcile payment processor activity and customer fund flows
• Connect operational data with financial reporting
• Build accrual processes for significant operating costs
• Help launch new verticals from a Finance perspective

Requirements:

• Minimum seven years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• Hands-on experience with close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Practical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting fundamentals
• Comfort investigating unfamiliar issues across teams
• Payment processor or high-volume transaction experience is valuable

Use accounting fundamentals, financial investigation, and cross-functional process building to clarify money movement and support new verticals.
