Assistant Vice President Data Science

As Assistant Vice President, Data Science and Price Modelling, you will lead technical teams and advanced analytics delivery. Partner across Pricing, Actuarial, Risk, Technology, and Engineering to solve complex business challenges. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop technical leaders, data scientists, and analysts
• Develop, enhance, and deploy advanced pricing models
• Partner with leaders on data science opportunities
• Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
• Oversee model governance, validation, monitoring, and performance

Requirements:

• Degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, or related discipline
• 10+ years in data science, machine learning, analytics, or related fields
• Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
• Strong predictive modelling and machine learning knowledge
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
