Associate Automation Engineer

As an Associate Automation Engineer at The Very Group, you contribute to automating repetitive processes to boost efficiency and accuracy across the business. You work with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover opportunities, design scalable automation solutions, and support ongoing operation of the automation estate. The role combines hands-on Blue Prism work with development, testing, and continuous improvement, offering growth in technical, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities. • Document and analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable automation solutions
• Develop, test and maintain automations using Blue Prism
• Support day-to-day operation of the automation estate and ensure reliable bot performance
• Serve as a point of contact for automation queries, incidents and requests
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation of automated processes
