Overview

In this role, you will help organizations transform planning, forecasting, and decision-making using Workday Adaptive Planning. You’ll join a Workday Adaptive Planning consulting team, gaining broader business exposure and faster career growth. You’ll work with clients across industries on finance transformation and planning challenges, developing client-facing skills through formal training and hands-on projects. This is a chance to turn finance expertise into a consulting career within a people-first, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients in planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making transformations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance transformation initiatives
  • Develop and apply Workday Adaptive Planning and related planning solutions on client projects
  • Contribute to client-facing engagements through analytical insights and effective communication
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and project delivery to build consulting expertise
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, or related field
  • 2-5 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Financial Systems experience
  • Strong Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
  • Desire to move into a client-facing consulting role
