Overview

In this role you support a global user base and help grow the Corporate IT estate. You will handle day-to-day IT support, asset management, and small projects, while upholding a single global IT standard. You’ll engage cross-regionally to resolve incidents, manage devices, and collaborate with external suppliers. The position combines hands-on support with opportunities to improve IT processes and security. You will contribute to a fast-paced, multinational environment that values ownership and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to global users via remote tools and on-site when needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimize downtime
  • Own the regional laptop build process and configuration
  • Manage IT peripherals and hardware (printers, phones, AV equipment, desktops, laptops)
  • Participate in small IT projects as directed by IT Management
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for hardware purchases and license renewals
  • Maintain a security posture with a least-privilege approach
  • Operate and maintain business-as-usual IT systems
  • Become a subject-matter expert for assigned applications/services and monitor licenses and escalations
  • Suggest improvements to optimize IT equipment and application usage
  • Maintain the asset management system for 100% accuracy
  • Maintain adherence to one global IT Corporate Standard
Key requirements
  • IT support background with experience using a Helpdesk/Ticketing System
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Office 365 tools
  • Active Directory / Azure AD / Group Policy
  • Understanding of Cyber-Security and MFA
  • Asset management experience
  • Laptop/Desktop hardware experience
  • Printer maintenance
  • Cloud-based telephony experience
  • Excellent communication and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Associate) are a plus
