Associate Director - Data Centers

As Associate Director in our Data Centre team, you lead large-scale, ground-up data centre projects in Europe, guiding delivery from inception to commissioning. You shape strategic objectives, governance, and performance, working with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals. This role blends leadership, governance, and complex project delivery at scale within an entrepreneurial culture. You will influence outcomes and contribute to our 2025 growth vision.

• Advise at the strategic level during project conception to align with client objectives
• Set and monitor overall success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment aspects
• Establish project governance, processes and systems for the project
• Produce detailed project plans and manage procurement of resources
• Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team
• Apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve project performance
• Oversee change control and project finances
• Manage information flow between the team and client via meetings and reports
• Interface with client and other consultants at all project stages

• Construction consultancy experience preferred
• Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture
• Chartered status or on path to achieving it
• Understanding of full project life cycle from conception to post-project review
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Design, management or construction experience in general construction environments (residential, office, fit-outs, health & education)
