Responsibilities
  • Architect and optimise core technology platforms for scalability and business alignment
  • Lead platform transformation programmes including cloud migration, automation, and DevOps adoption
  • Develop platform modernisation strategies addressing debt, cost, and regulatory compliance
  • Shape operational improvement plans with ITSM, cost management, and governance practices
  • Manage integration of platforms with legacy and next-gen networks
  • Build and manage senior client relationships and act as trusted advisor
  • Represent Deloitte in industry forums and thought leadership
  • Mentor and develop junior platform architects to foster an inclusive team culture
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience in technology platform architecture and large-scale transformation programmes
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Proven track record in business development including opportunity identification, proposal shaping, and bid management
  • Strong understanding of operational delivery including DevOps, automation, ITSM, and cost optimisation
  • Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate requirements into platform strategies
  • Familiarity with rapid scaling, cost optimisation, technical debt, and regulatory compliance
  • Commitment to mentoring and developing junior colleagues
  • Relevant cloud and technology certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TM Forum)
