Associate Director, Private Equity Leveraged Finance

RBC is seeking a Senior Associate-level professional to support the Mid-Market Leveraged Finance team within the Corporate Client Group. You will structure, deliver, and manage leveraged lending relationships with PE-backed companies across Canada, ensuring due diligence and risk controls align with RBC risk appetite.

You will work with CCG and Capital Markets colleagues to create financing solutions, prepare marketing materials, and support deal execution from origination to realization.
