Associate Director Regulatory Risk Programs

Lead regulatory risk programs at BMO Financial Group using program management, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills. This position is based at 100 King Street West.

As Associate Director, Business Support, you will support regulatory program delivery across applicable Tier 1 Risk Types. You will design governance, controls, and evidence-based processes while advising business units on requirements. The work includes collaboration, compliance interpretation, and risk remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory programs across multiple business units and regulators
• Design governance requirements and evidence-based controls
• Interpret regulations and address compliance gaps and issues
• Monitor risk requirements within approved risk appetite
• Coordinate remediation, reporting, and regulatory examination support

Requirements:

• Five to seven years of relevant experience typically
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• In-depth program management and analytical problem-solving skills
• In-depth verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth collaboration, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills
