Overview

As an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation SAP practice, you will lead SAP S/4HANA finance transformations, guiding deployment approaches and shaping end-to-end architectures. You’ll manage large programmes, mentor teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive value across Finance, integration, and ERP ecosystems. You will work with latest SAP tech, contribute to market eminence, and support sales and capability development in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Guide deployment approaches for S/4HANA transformations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Cloud, etc.)
  • Lead architecture and roadmaps across large S/4HANA Finance programmes
  • Direct high-performing functional teams to design SAP finance-enabled solutions
  • Plan and run design workshops; map requirements to business processes
  • Design end-to-end solutions aligned with standards and integration needs
  • Ensure SAP Finance design integrates with client technology ecosystem
  • Provide thought leadership and market visibility
  • Develop implementation plans maximizing SAP potential while managing risk
  • Foster senior stakeholder and alliance relationships; support sales and proposals
  • Lead practice development and mentor junior talent
  • Work with SAP AI and automation innovations; maintain SAP certification
  • Participate in training and development through Deloitte University and SAP Learning Hub
  • Operate across multiple industries and maintain governance and project risk management practices
Key requirements
  • Subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, PS)
  • Strong integration knowledge with MM, SCM, SD, PM
  • Design authority for SAP Finance architecture; governance and standards
  • Experience with S/4HANA deployment options (Central Finance, Public Cloud)
  • Configuration execution across S/4HANA modules
  • Knowledge of SAP innovations, best practices for S/4HANA Finance
  • Agile delivery experience on SAP implementations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management
  • Support or lead responses to RFPs or business development
