Overview

As a SAP Solutions Architect, you will shape S/4HANA transformation programs for consumer clients and lead bid and delivery activities. You’ll work within the Core Enterprise Transformation Team to craft market-leading SAP solutions, engage with partners, and de-risk transitions into delivery. The role combines architecture, pre-sales, and thought leadership to drive strategic SAP engagements. You’ll join a collaborative, global firm that values integrity, inclusion and impact, with a focus on delivering value-driven transformations at scale. This is an opportunity to influence solution design and client outcomes in a high-profile, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales revenue targets via team-based selling and bid teams
  • Own the bid lifecycle for smaller bids and contribute to larger bids
  • Lead or support complex S/4HANA opportunities and ITT responses to win Deloitte as the preferred partner
  • Quality assure proposals and presentations authored by junior team members
  • Join the initial delivery team to architect the solution and ensure a smooth transition to delivery
  • Build strong industry and partner relationships within the Consumer sector
  • Develop personal capabilities to maintain thought leadership
Key requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines and manage own workload
  • Structured project management skills and precise delivery approach
  • Comfort challenging clients and Deloitte senior management with ideas
  • Continuous learning mindset and self-teaching of new business and tech solutions
  • Experience in Consumer Products, Retail, Foodservice, Distribution or Automotive industries
  • Experience leading and coordinating bid teams and complex architecture in SAP environments
