Associate Director Structured Credit CLOs

Analyze CLO ratings at Fitch Ratings in Toronto, using proprietary models and presenting conclusions to credit committees. The role follows a hybrid schedule.

As an Associate Director in Fitch Ratings’ Structured Credit & CLOs group, you will serve as a lead coverage analyst within a global rating agency. You will support debt capital markets through timely rating actions, insightful research, and clear communication. The position combines structured finance analysis, committee presentations, and market-facing commentary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Collateralized Loan Obligation ratings using proprietary models
• Prepare rating conclusions for credit committee presentations
• Draft rating action commentary for market participants
• Contribute to recurring and special research publications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• At least four years of financial industry experience
• Preference for CLO or Structured Finance experience
• Communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; programming knowledge is optional
