In this role you will lead advisory and delivery efforts within Deloitte’s Workday Finance practice, shaping end-to-end finance transformations for clients. You will define solution architectures, translate business needs into design, and guide data flows and migration activities, contributing to a culture of inclusion and client impact. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver value, while advancing your expertise in Workday and ERP delivery. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence financial systems at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead advisory and delivery projects across transformation strategies and Workday delivery lifecycles
  • Develop overall solution architectures and end-to-end processes supported by Workday technology
  • Identify client process and integration issues and propose effective solutions
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture and client relationships
  • Apply specialist knowledge of Workday Financials to design and implement solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional designs for ERP systems
  • Understand Workday transactional data flows and support data migration activities
  • Plan and deliver team scope and deliverables in ERP/Workday projects
  • Engage in two or more end-to-end Workday implementations
Key requirements
  • Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing
  • Finance technology experience or related field
  • Finance transformation experience with Workday
  • Ability to translate requirements into system/process designs
  • Knowledge of Workday data flows and data migration
  • Experience designing/implementing ERP systems
  • Ideally Workday Finance, FDM and Engagement Manager Certified
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage scope, deliverables and stakeholders
  • Experience with at least two end-to-end Workday implementations
  • Clear communication across diverse audiences
