Overview

As a senior Workday leader, you will guide advisory and delivery projects in transforming client finance processes using Workday. You’ll shape end-to-end solutions, collaborate with business leaders, and contribute to a growing Workday Finance Practice. You help clients articulate strategy, design processes, and enable technology-enabled transformation at scale. Responsibilities
  • Engage in advisory and delivery projects from transformation strategy to full lifecycle Workday delivery
  • Develop clients' solution architecture and end-to-end processes supported by Workday technology
  • Identify client process and technology/integration issues and propose solutions
  • Contribute to creating a more inclusive culture within the firm
  • Maintain specialist knowledge of Workday Financials & UK Payroll
  • Implement and oversee Workday-based design and prototyping activities
  • Support data migration activities and understand Workday data flows
  • Demonstrate risk awareness in ERP delivery projects
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scope and outcomes
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear stakeholder communication
Key requirements
  • Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing (including storage, platforms and data)
  • Finance technology experience or related field
  • Finance transformation experience with Workday
  • Translate business requirements into system designs covering functional and non-functional aspects
  • Understanding of Workday transactional data flows and data migration support
  • Experience designing/implementing ERP systems
  • Workday Finance, FDM and Engagement Manager certifications (ideally)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver team scope and deliverables
  • Stakeholder management and client relationship building
  • Experience in two end-to-end Workday implementations
  • Risk awareness in ERP delivery projects
  • Experience in consulting or professional services
  • Ability to work in an inclusive team and develop others
  • Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Leading and collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to tailor messages for different stakeholders
