Associate Financial Advisor CIBC

Build trusted client relationships as an Associate Financial Advisor at CIBC, using financial advice and personalized solutions on-site full-time. Support personal and small business clients at Centennial Plaza while helping advance their financial goals through thoughtful conversations.

As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand client priorities, manage a mortgage portfolio, and recommend appropriate retail banking solutions. The work includes relationship building, business development, and introducing clients to mobile banking applications. You will collaborate with Imperial Service and Business Banking colleagues when specialized support is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
• Recommend personalized solutions and forward-looking financial plans
• Manage mortgage client relationships individually or collaboratively
• Network, make outbound calls, and uncover opportunities
• Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

• Two to three years providing financial advice and achieving sales results
• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
• Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
• Critical thinking, goal orientation, and client-first focus
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
