Associate Full Stack Software Engineer

Build full-stack applications at Ontario Power Generation in Oshawa, using C#, .NET, Java, and modern frontend technologies. This regular day-shift role includes 10% travel.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will develop, test, and maintain production software while supporting system architecture and stability. The work spans backend services, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud services, and practical Angular or React collaboration. You will also contribute within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications
• Contribute to scalable, reliable system architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot defects and support stable user experiences
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Create technical documentation for features and architecture

Requirements:

• Four-year university degree in a related technology field
• Minimum four years developing, testing, and supporting applications
• Backend experience with C#, .NET, Java, APIs, and integrations
• Experience with databases, cloud services, source control, and CI/CD
• Full-stack experience with Angular or React exposure required
