We’re looking for an Associate General Counsel to join our Legal team. In this role, you’ll serve as the legal lead for the company’s public company reporting, corporate governance, and capital markets activities. The role offers broad exposure to complex financing, governance, and strategic matters arising from a rapidly evolving business operating at the intersection of energy infrastructure, AI infrastructure, and digital assets.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in a dynamic environment and who is energized by the opportunity to help build and scale a growing public company platform.

Partner closely with the Chief Legal Officer, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors on governance, disclosure, and other public company matters.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, manage complex matters with minimal oversight, and exercise sound business and legal judgment.
Experience working directly with executive leadership, Boards of Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders, with strong communication skills across legal and business teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams while maintaining responsiveness and quality.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a collaborative, low-ego approach to working in a high-performance environment.
