Associate, Global Technology & Services Practice

In this role, you will support the execution of the executive recruiting lifecycle, learning from experienced consultants while contributing to research, candidate development, and client outreach. You’ll map talent landscapes, help craft search strategies, and prepare client-ready materials to drive successful placements. London-based, you’ll partner with colleagues globally to shape leadership talent for top organizations.

• Conduct industry- and client-specific research to map executive talent and provide market insights
• Assist in developing position specifications and focused search strategies
• Prepare business development and candidate assessment documents for clients
• Reach out to prospective candidates and gather market intelligence
• Assist in in-depth candidate interviews and manage relationships throughout the search lifecycle
• Collaborate across stakeholders to build productive relationships and contribute to firm initiatives
• Maintain accurate search data, status reports, and client-ready deliverables
• Support multiple concurrent projects with high-quality, timely outputs

• 3-4 years’ professional experience or 2 years transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Strong professional communications, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates and to influence relationships
