Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from planning through design and implementation. You will work within the UK Infrastructure Group to address local needs while contributing to city-scale planning globally, driving integrated solutions and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage resources, finances, and risk, shaping sustainable, high-impact infrastructure outcomes. This is an opportunity to develop leadership skills on technically demanding projects in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of multidisciplinary projects from proposition to construction
  • Plan resources and monitor financial performance
  • Lead and mentor technical staff and develop junior team members
  • Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and schedules
  • Contribute to work winning and secure project pipeline
Key requirements
  • Strong technical background in infrastructure design with a track record leading a technical specialism (Highways, Utilities or Sustainable Drainage)
  • Experience delivering international multidisciplinary projects with effective team leadership and strong communication
  • Willingness to travel and drive continuous quality improvement
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D and MicroDrainage
