Associate Infrastructure Engineer

In this role you will lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, collaborating within the UK Infrastructure Group to deliver integrated solutions for local and global needs. You will help advance industry changes such as reducing embodied carbon and modern methods of infrastructure design. You will develop junior staff, manage resources and budgets, and contribute to a strong project pipeline. This is a hands-on, international role with a focus on quality, teamwork, and impact.

• Lead delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and balance competing priorities from proposition to construction
• Plan and monitor project resources and financial performance
• Manage and mentor technical staff and develop junior team members
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and schedules
• Support work-winning efforts to secure project pipeline and client focus

• Strong technical background in infrastructure design with a track record of leading a core infrastructure discipline (Highways, Utilities or Sustainable Drainage)
• Experience delivering international multidisciplinary projects with proven team leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and drive continuous quality improvement in work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D and MicroDrainage
• Member of a relevant professional institution
