As a key member of our legal team, you’ll guide clients through emotionally complex family law matters while providing strategic, solutions-focused representation.
Advising clients on family law matters with empathy and professionalism
Developing legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals
Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence
Collaborating with attorneys and staff to improve processes and client experience
Maintaining high-quality, cost-effective legal services
1–5+ years of legal experience
Strong legal writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet and phone access
Commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and client advocacy
Family law experience in Washington State
Collaborative law
Trial preparation or litigation
Experience with Clio, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Adobe, Slack, and Apple-based systems
Comfortable receiving coaching and feedback
Motivated by meaningful, impactful legal work
Interested in professional growth and leadership opportunities
