Manage a high-volume, varied caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN petitions. Paralegal Supervision & Mentorship: Directly supervise, mentor, and review the daily work of a dedicated team of paralegals and immigration assistants, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring the highest standards of legal accuracy. Conduct consultations with foreign national employees to assess their immigration history, advise on visa strategies, and guide them through their immigration journey. Document & Strategy Review: Review and finalize complex legal documents prior to government filing. Legal Research & Problem Solving: Conduct thorough legal research on evolving Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, USCIS policies, and federal immigration laws to resolve complex case issues and develop compliant legal strategies. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all case filings, and meet government and firm standards. May telecommute.
degree from an ABA-accredited law school and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in an Attorney-related occupation.
