As a Leveraged Finance Associate in London, you will support complex cross-border financing for private equity sponsors and corporate clients within Freshfields' GMAC practice. You will work on acquisition financings, refinancings and related structures, collaborating with multinational teams to deliver integrated advice. The role offers extensive training, opportunities for secondments, and a path to long-term advancement in a highly active, international finance group.

- Mid level leveraged finance experience in cross-border transactions
- Strong technical and commercial abilities
- Qualified in England & Wales or a common-law jurisdiction
- Ability to supervise junior lawyers and work in a team
