Associate NOC Analyst – 24/7 Network & Cloud Support

CDW is seeking an Associate Network Analyst to join its Managed Services NOC team in Calgary. You will gain exposure to networking, security, virtualization, servers, storage and public cloud while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves troubleshooting in a 24/7 multi-customer NOC, using ticketing and monitoring systems, coordinating with vendors to resolve hardware issues, and working within ITIL incident/change practices.
