Associate, Pensions (NQ to 3 PQE)

The firm

A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.

The role

You will advise employers and trustees on a broad range of pensions work.

• Draft and review scheme documents, advice and client communications
• Support the pensions side of corporate deals, restructurings and employment matters
• Advise on scheme governance, administration and regulatory compliance
• Work with other teams across the firm and help with client development

What you will need

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, NQ to around 3 PQE
• A real interest in pensions law
• Pensions experience is useful but not essential
• Good analytical skills and a practical, commercial approach
