Associate Portfolio Manager

In this role you support the oversight of insurer panels across regions, helping ensure performance, governance and strategic fit. You will analyze panel data, engage with brokers and insurers, and contribute to RFPs, budgeting and reporting to drive portfolio optimisation. You work closely with legal, finance and cross-functional stakeholders to sustain panel health and compliance. This position offers broad exposure to the insurance market, data-driven decision making and strategic initiatives within FINMAR. You will play a key part in shaping insurer participation and panel strategy in a global context.

• Oversee performance and composition of insurer panels across regions
• Assist with periodic panel performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations
• Support RFP delivery for FINMAR panels and evaluate insurer appointments
• Analyze data and market insights to assess panel health and insurer performance
• Monitor service levels and identify drivers of underperformance
• Support insurers with analytics and data services guidance
• Assist with panel financials including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing coordination
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and insurers, and support contract management with legal
• Contribute to projects and cross-group initiatives related to FINMAR
