Associate Product Manager Accounting Workflows

Build accounting workflows at Remarcable in Vancouver, using product thinking and technical fluency to improve procurement and financial systems. This is a full-time position.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will coordinate product lifecycles across procurement, accounts payable, and accounting integrations. You will connect engineering, integration, and customer-facing teams while translating complex ERP structures into software features. Your work will support purchase orders, invoice matching, job costing, and ERP synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product lifecycles across procurement and accounting workflows
• Analyze three-way matching, job costing, and cost-code mapping
• Translate ERP data structures into intuitive software features
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives
• Define KPIs for adoption, accuracy, and time savings

Requirements:

• Two to four years in product or technical solutions roles
• Degree in a quantitative field with technical foundations
• Familiarity with AP, P2P, invoicing, or job costing
• Comfort with data mapping, databases, and API exchanges
• Clear communication of technical and accounting concepts
