Role Summary
Support Toronto Repo Financing Services / Triparty Repo Desk with daily allocation, collateral, liquidity, funding, settlements, and business analysis activities across $50B+ USD/CAD Triparty portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily Triparty Repo allocation and General Collateral Financing processing.
- Monitor collateral positions, Net Free Equity, liquidity, and funding.
- Prepare daily cash projections, collateral analysis, and management reports.
- Research and resolve overnight cash/position breaks.
- Ensure proper EOD funding and support audit requests.
- Gather and document business requirements and process flows.
- Support UAT, test cases, process improvements, and SOP documentation.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Product Control, Funding Desk, FICC, clearing banks, and external clients.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on Triparty Repo experience - mandatory.
- CCMS experience - mandatory.
- If no CCMS: hands-on BNY Access Edge + JPM Markets experience with actual Triparty processing.
- 5-10 years Fixed Income Operations/Settlements experience.
- Knowledge of BNY, DTC, GSCC/FICC settlements.
- Experience with ADP/BPS, APEX, ICI or similar systems.
- Strong Excel/Word, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- MBA or Business Analysis certification.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience creating and updating SOPs / standing procedures.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and Repo products.
