Overview
In this role, you’ll apply product development skills to deliver impactful Salesforce-driven solutions within JP Morgan Personal Investing. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, guided by user research and stakeholder feedback, to fuel innovation and continuous improvement of the platform. You’ll own feature delivery and contribute to broader Salesforce initiatives, shaping the internal customer experience. This is a hands-on, collaborative position focused on driving platform success in a risk-aware, regulated environment.
Responsibilities- Identify new product opportunities with the Product Manager through discovery
- Gather user research and map business processes to inform the roadmap
- Own end-to-end feature delivery and support key initiatives
- Plan upstream/downstream implications of features on platform experience
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories
- Act as Scrum Master to coordinate sprint activities
- Coordinate testing for production-ready solutions
- Train end-users to maximize platform adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce initiatives
- Participate in release and change management ensuring risk/compliance standards
- Analyze product metrics across development life cycle
- Configure reports and dashboards to enhance service operations
- Experience in product management or relevant domain
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience with discovery and requirements definition
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness
- Developing data analytics and data literacy
- Experience with Salesforce platform (Administrator or Consultant), including reporting/dashboards, data model/objects, security model, and Sales/Service Cloud
