Associate / Senior Associate – Funds

We are working with an international law firm who is looking for funds lawyers to join their team.

The firm are looking to recruit both an Associate and a Senior Associate to play an integral role in the continued growth of their Private Funds practice.

Candidates will have a good range of transactional private funds experience, ideally gained from working within an international or leading regional firm.

The practice

The practice advises a broad range of clients, including:

• Private equity fund sponsors
• Infrastructure, real estate and private credit funds
• Asset and wealth managers
• Institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds
• Managers forming and operating AIFs and other private fund structures

What we are looking for

• Excellent academics
• Applicants will ideally have gained their experience at another international or leading regional firm.
• Strong technical grounding in private funds work
• Commercial and pragmatic approach
• Confidence in managing transactions and client relationships
• The ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team
