Associate Service Assurance & Performance Analyst

Marks & Spencer is seeking an analyst to join our supply performance team in London. You will analyse supplier incidents and service disruptions, translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, and monitor performance against agreed service levels.

You will coordinate corrective actions, support service reviews and governance forums, and help teams improve service stability and supplier accountability.
