Overview

Join the FlexONE team to help evolve a state-of-the-art Order Management and Execution Management System. You will contribute to web and mobile apps using a Scala+Play backend and a React+AG-Grid frontend, collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver practical features. You’ll gain exposure to a modern fintech stack and contribute from MVPs toward comprehensive companion apps, shaping a scalable, user-focused platform that powers client trading workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Build features across the stack with guidance from senior engineers
  • Triage and fix bugs from customers and QA
  • Write clean, tested code and respond to review feedback
  • Assist with mobile evolution and future migration work
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions
Key requirements
  • Foundational full stack expertise
  • Experience building web applications using React and TypeScript
  • Familiarity with Git for version control
  • Familiarity with Scala, Java, or another JVM language, with willingness to learn Scala and Play Framework
  • Clear, curious communicator
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and non-engineers
