Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities- Build, test, and ship features for active products
- Debug and fix production defects on live data
- Write and maintain automated tests
- Participate in code reviews and receive feedback
- Follow secure coding practices and fix security issues
- Contribute to technical documentation
- Collaborate with a distributed team across time zones
- Research and evaluate Open Source tools and libraries
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience
- Working knowledge of at least one modern programming language and standard tooling (version control, build systems, testing frameworks)
- Technically curious and able to learn quickly
- Strong communication across time zones
- Good questions when unsure and commitment to tasks
