Overview

In this role you will drive adoption of Claude Code among enterprise engineering teams, serving as the technical bridge between Anthropic’s AI coding assistant and customer engineering orgs. You will lead workshops, guide PoCs, and tailor workflows to boost developer productivity with Claude Code. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to enable scalable deployments and expand usage within customers. Responsibilities
  • Lead Claude Code adoption initiatives and identify expansion opportunities within enterprises
  • Run technical workshops for engineering teams and guide PoCs and evaluations
  • Develop customer-specific workflows and configurations to integration Claude Code
  • Drive developer productivity improvements for existing customers
  • Provide hands-on support during evaluations and rollout phases and build internal technical champions
  • Maintain deep Claude Code expertise, create demo environments and technical content
  • Offer product feedback to engineering from customer interactions and stay updated on competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Engineers on technical requirements and post-deployment expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
Key requirements
  • 2+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience
  • 1+ years of customer-facing technical experience
  • Hands-on Claude Code usage with deep expertise
  • Strong understanding of software development workflows and toolchains
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and IDEs
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience translating requirements into technical solutions
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI-powered development tools and impact
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple engagements
