Associate Technical Analyst

In this role you will serve as the primary technical liaison between FlexTrade's clients and the Client Services team, translating business needs into technical solutions for FlexTRADER. You will manage client expectations, define workflows, and drive delivery from design through deployment. You will onboard connections to the FlexLINK FIX network and integrate FX liquidity providers, while continually improving the product with cross-functional teams. • Liaise with clients to capture business and workflow requirements and manage expectations
• Act as primary technical contact for allocated clients for new needs, support, and deliverables
• Translate requirements into technical designs and solutions across platforms
• Collaborate with developers to design, build, test and deploy custom solutions
• On-board client and broker connections to the FlexLINK FIX network
• Implement and test FX liquidity providers within the liquidity aggregation engine
• Provide global client support and drive issue resolution from start to finish
• Identify dependencies and propose effective technical solutions

• Bachelor in Computer Science (or numerate subject) with strong analytical skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Confident, concise communication with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure while staying calm
• Desire to learn both business and technical aspects of financial markets
• Prior experience in Financial Software or Trading environment (advantage)
• Fluency in another European language (advantage)
