Associate Technical Analyst

Overview
In this role you will support the flagship FlexOMS Sell Side Order Management System for investment banking clients, spanning implementation, client-facing delivery, and post-go-live support. You will translate business workflows into technical solutions and coordinate across global teams to ensure successful deployments. You’ll build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and drive issue resolution while contributing to product improvements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines technical design with client services in a fast-paced trading environment.
Responsibilities- Liaise with clients to understand business requirements and manage expectations
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients across new requirements and project deliverables
- Translate business/workflow needs into technical solutions and design implementations
- Collaborate with development teams to build, test, and deploy custom fixes
- On-board client connections to the FlexLINK FIX network
- Test and integrate FX liquidity providers into the liquidity aggregation engine
- Provide global client support and own issues from start to finish
- Escalate and coordinate with teams to resolve complex problems and perform root-cause analysis
- 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in a numerate subject or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confident, concise communication with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and stay composed
- Willingness to learn financial capital markets domain and technology
- Prior experience in financial software or trading environment (advantageous)
- Fluency in another European language (advantageous)
