Overview

As Implementation Project Manager for Compliance Link (Firco), you will lead end-to-end client engagements delivering compliant, scalable risk solutions. You will work with a London-based team across EMEA, bridging project delivery, consultancy, and technical implementation. You will configure, deploy, train, and audit solutions while managing risks and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing learning in sanctions and compliance landscapes. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position shaping how clients meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Compliance Link implementations, coordinating delivery, configuration, training and support
  • Translate client requirements into effective compliance solutions and best practices
  • perform technical installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and health checks
  • Conduct technical audits and health checks; advise on best-fit solutions and drive pre-sales activities
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth through cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs and stay updated on sanctions regulations
  • Support RFI/RFP responses and other business development activities
Key requirements
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of RDBMS & SQL (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of IBM MQ
  • Configuration of Web servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat) – at least one
  • Experience with financial messaging systems (Swift) – a plus
  • Understanding of Three-Tier architecture
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Significant technical implementation experience (desirable)
  • Experience in multinational/multicultural environments (desirable)
  • Affinity with Compliance, AML/KYC/CFT (desirable)
  • University or Bachelor’s degree (desirable)
