Associate Wealth Management Advisor

Support Desjardins members and clients through wealth management advice, portfolio oversight, and personalized investment solutions. Build relationships while balancing sales and risk management.

As an Associate Wealth Management Advisor, you serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop business relationships. You support securities sales across discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and structured products. You analyze needs, propose integrated offers, and support client retention through responsive advice and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish advisory relationships and identify current and potential needs
• Set goals and recommend suitable solutions and strategies
• Analyze complex client needs and manage requests
• Collect data, prepare reports, and develop recommendations
• Oversee portfolios and improve service quality when needed

Requirements:

• General college diploma in a related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• French proficiency, both oral and written
• Knowledge of French required for Quebec positions
• Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
