Assurance and Accounting Manager

Lead assurance engagements and advise clients through audit, accounting, and financial reporting expertise as an MNP Manager. Travel flexibility is required.

As a Manager within MNP’s Assurance & Accounting team, you will support clients navigating changing business and financial reporting needs. The position combines client engagement leadership, portfolio management, technical expertise, and people development. You will provide tailored financial information that supports informed client decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client-facing teams across audits, tax, budgeting, and controls
• Deliver audit and assurance expertise through reports and presentations
• Manage client portfolios, risks, relationships, and account development
• Plan engagements and oversee budgets, billing, collections, and variances
• Coach team members through feedback and performance reviews

Requirements:

• CPA designation
• Four to six years of public accounting experience
• Understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development
• Proven people management and relationship-building skills
• Leadership skills and flexibility to travel as necessary
