Assurance Manager Core Audit

Lead quality assurance services at EY as an Assurance Manager, applying audit expertise, professional standards, and advanced communication skills.

As an Assurance Manager, you will serve clients and stakeholders through EY’s Assurance practice. You will plan audit strategies, address complex issues, understand industry developments, and guide engagement teams. The role also includes relationship development, project management, knowledge sharing, and service delivery improvements through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality assurance services to clients and stakeholders
• Perform audit procedures involving complex or specialized issues
• Plan engagement objectives and compliant audit strategies
• Monitor engagement progress and adjust plans when necessary
• Develop client relationships and generate business opportunities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field
• Postgraduate Accounting diploma or degree preferred
• Mandatory Canadian or reciprocal CPA or CA designation
• Five to seven years of relevant accounting firm experience
• Excellent project management, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
