Assurance Manager Core Audit

Lead core audit engagements at EY using complex audit procedures, project management, and advanced communication skills. Build trusted client relationships throughout the year.

As an Assurance Manager, you will deliver quality assurance services to clients and stakeholders. You will help plan engagement objectives, address risk, and monitor progress against audit plans. The role also includes developing people, supporting learning, and identifying business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform audit procedures focused on complex and specialized issues
• Plan engagement objectives and compliant audit strategies
• Monitor engagement progress and adjust plans when needed
• Develop people through delegation, feedback, and training
• Maintain productive client relationships and establish value expectations

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field
• Mandatory Canadian CPA/CA or reciprocal CPA/CA designation
• Five to seven years of relevant accounting firm experience
• Excellent project management and advanced communication skills
• Integrity, teamwork, leadership, and independent working ability
