Overview

In this role you will help design, implement and operate Atlassian-based work management platforms powered by Rovo and AI. You’ll join Deloitte’s Atlassian Centre of Excellence to accelerate delivery transformation for complex client programmes. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-enabled Atlassian solutions, demos, and practical roadmaps. You will collaborate across projects to share assets, drive adoption, and push innovative approaches that enhance collaboration and decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of Atlassian Rovo-based solutions across client engagements
  • Discovery, design and implementation of Rovo-enabled capabilities
  • Define AI-enabled delivery opportunities and demonstrate use cases
  • Configure Rovo including agent setup and workflow integration
  • Enhance knowledge management and productivity through Jira/Confluence integration
  • Support governance and embedding of AI practices in delivery processes
  • Collaborate with ACE and wider Deloitte teams to achieve client outcomes
  • Develop reusable assets, accelerators and implementation patterns
  • Contribute to AI capability development and knowledge sharing
  • Stay updated on Atlassian AI strategy and roadmap
  • Provide coaching and training for less experienced colleagues
Key requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem
  • Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian Rovo
  • Experience designing, delivering and demonstrating Atlassian-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and enterprise adoption
  • Experience translating requirements into roadmaps and plans
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Problem solving and ability to navigate ambiguity
