Attendance Manager: Data-Driven Pupil Attendance Leader

E-ACT Willenhall Academy is seeking an Attendance Manager to drive improvements in pupil attendance and engagement. You will build positive relationships with families, monitor attendance trends, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements to help pupils reach their full potential.

Reporting to the DSL, you will lead attendance strategies, manage absence processes, and provide detailed data reports for monitoring.
