Attendance Officer - Data-Driven Support for Success

The Oldham Academy North in Oldham is seeking an Attendance Officer to promote excellent attendance and punctuality across the academy. You will maintain accurate records, analyse attendance data, follow up on absences, and support interventions that remove barriers to regular attendance.

You will build positive relationships with students and parents, contribute to home visits where appropriate, and support safeguarding responsibilities while liaising with families and external agencies.
