Overview
In this role you will install, configure and maintain AV systems for a diverse client base, collaborating with teams to design tailored solutions. You’ll engage with clients to capture requirements, perform site surveys, and ensure smooth operation through proactive troubleshooting and documentation. This position supports growth in a dynamic AV environment, delivering reliable, high-quality audiovisual experiences. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to translate technical needs into effective installations and support.
Responsibilities- Install and configure AV equipment (displays, audio systems, video conferencing, and other hardware)
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for AV systems across environments
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and offer technical guidance
- Assist in site surveys and help design/planning of AV systems based on requirements
- Diagnose and resolve AV-related technical issues to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Document installations, maintenance activities, and client interactions
- Around 2 years of hands-on AV Engineer experience
- Familiarity with AV equipment including video conferencing, projectors, audio and display technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills and critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
