Overview

In this role, you will lead end-to-end production for live events, from budgeting and planning to onsite delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality client experience. You will provide practical technical guidance, troubleshoot live challenges under pressure, and supervise multi-event operations with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. This position offers an opportunity to shape production outcomes and collaborate across teams in a dynamic events environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end production of low- to mid-scale events, including budgeting, planning and on-site delivery
  • Support Production Managers on larger-scale events as a liaison between internal teams, clients, suppliers and production stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and practical solutions throughout planning and delivery
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges quickly in high-pressure live events
  • Lead, schedule and develop technical teams or event crew
  • Maintain strong focus on health and safety requirements in live environments
  • Ensure outstanding client experience through quality delivery and proactive problem-solving
Key requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event production (preferably in corporate or B2B)
  • Strong technical knowledge across audio, lighting, projection and LED systems
  • Experience managing and developing technical teams or crew
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues calmly under pressure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Solid understanding of health and safety requirements in live productions
