Automated Test Engineering Intern

Build web UI testing frameworks with Trimble as an Automated Test Engineering Intern in Richmond Hill, Ontario, working in-office full-time.

This 16-month co-op offers undergraduate or graduate students software engineering experience across Trimble’s product ecosystem. You will connect frontend testing with real-time navigation simulation while owning a scalable automation framework from concept through deployment. Programming, Git, and web automation skills support the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable automated web UI testing frameworks
• Integrate UI test suites into continuous integration pipelines
• Maintain real-time navigation simulation scenarios
• Execute end-to-end tests across interfaces and simulation layers
• Analyze performance and report detailed technical feedback

Requirements:

• Active enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
• Availability for full-time placement beginning May 2027
• Availability for a 16-month placement in Richmond Hill
• Code repository displaying original programming samples
• Programming, Git, and web UI automation experience
