Automation Analyst

• Design and develop test automation scripts and frameworks under senior guidance
• Contribute to automated test planning and execution for projects
• Apply analytical and technical skills to drive defect prevention and early detection initiatives
• Explore and implement AI-driven testing approaches, such as intelligent test generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test suites and traceability matrices
• Support test walkthroughs
• Maintain and optimize automation scripts for Core Banking and Specialized applications
• Partner with IT and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of software development principles
• Familiarity with test automation tools/frameworks including Playwright, Cucumber, RestAssured, Robot Framework, and TestNG
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of software testing concepts, including test case design, API/microservices testing, and non-functional testing such as performance and security
• Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing testing processes through automation
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Quality Engineer or SDET is nice-to-have
• Coursework or projects involving AI-driven testing, BDD, or microservices architectures is nice-to-have
