Automation-Driven Systems Support Engineer (Low-Code)

East Midlands-based role from a private company with a growing technical team. You will provide front-line support for Microsoft cloud apps, including admin, mail, identity and remote access, plus hands-on configuration work to build workflows and automations.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, user accounts and permissions, and general admin of SaaS tools, escalating with the wider tech team to prevent recurrence. A route into development awaits.
